But at the end of the day regardless of how much I tried to ignore that fact, it was accurate, my thoughts where the foundation of my anxiety. I experimented with it. The higher I focused my energy on the anxiety the stronger my anxiety attack became. So with the help of a therapist, I was able to work on my feelings and defeat my anxiety.
It would be a lie to say I am anxiety free, however I'm much more able to deal with anxiety, I have more coping approaches. Dealing with anxiety is now much easier for me.
